Oven Porcupines
It's just meatballs with rice. That's all it is. There is a strong sense of denial throughout this section of the Recipe Card Library. Okay, so times are a bit tough. You have to stretch the budget. That is okay. There is no need to mask it like it some mark of shame. No need for silly names, no need for trying to dress up an otherwise humble looking meal and no need to pretend that nothing is wrong. Worry will not improve the situation but neither will denial. Count your blessings and call it meatballs with rice instead of Oven Porcupines.
